RTI KX3 Firmware Version 26.6.1

VERIFYING THAT YOU NEED THE UPGRADE
If you already have version 26.6.1 or newer you should not upgrade your
firmware to this version. Use the "Get Firmware Version" command from
the Communications menu in TheaterTouch Designer or Integration Designer
to determine the current firmware version. The reported version number
will consist of a number followed by a bootloader version number
[for example: 26.6.1 (Bootloader: 1.5)]. If the first part of the reported
version number is 26.6.1 or higher, you do not need this update.

PREREQUISITES FOR USING THIS UPGRADE PROCEDURE
TheaterTouch Designer 3.0 or higher, or Integration Designer 6.0 or
higher must already be installed on the PC that you wish to use to
upgrade the KX3 firmware. If your PC runs a 64-bit version of Windows,
Integration Designer 7.0 must be installed to perform the upgrade.
Upgrading to the latest version of Integration Designer is strongly
recommended. You should verify that you can communicate with the KX3
using Integration Designer before attempting to upgrade the firmware.

FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE
1. Connect power to the KX3 and make sure it operates normally.
2. Make sure Integration Designer 6.0 or higher is installed on the
PC that you are using to update the KX3 firmware, and that Integration
Designer can communicate successfully with the KX3. You can use the
"Get Firmware Version" command on the Communications menu in Integration
Designer to verify that the USB communications are working properly.
4. Plug in USB cable
5. Hold the Volume Down button
6. Reset the KX3 unit via the reset button
7. KX3 will briefly show the USB symbol in the upper left of the screen
8. Run the .exe program contained in this ZIP file and follow
   the on-screen instructions carefully.
