RTI AD-810-100 Firmware Version 20260428

PREREQUISITES FOR USING THIS UPGRADE PROCEDURE
None

FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCEDURE
1. Connect power and Ethernet to the AD-810-100.
2. Push power button on the front of the unit to power the unit on. 
	Note: ECO Mode is enabled by default. it's required to push the power button to connect to the unit. 
3. Ensure the unit is on the same network as your PC. 
4. Go to the amps embedded webpage by typing the IP address or mDNS name into a browser address bar. 
5. Navigate to the Configure tab on the top bar. 
	Recommendation: Disable ECO Mode and Standby.
6. Under the Firmware section, click 'Choose File' 
7. When Explorer window opens, select "RTI_AD-810-100_VM20260428_Webupgrade.bin", and click Open.
8. Click "Submit"
	Note: A popup will appear letting you know it will take 5 minutes to update. Do NOT remove power or Ethernet at this time. 
9. After the FW is downloaded to the AD-810-100, a "Download Complete" popup will appear. Click OK once both the LED lights are solid green. 
10. The FW will then write to the device. This step could take up to 5 minutes. Do not power off. 
11. Once the AD-810-100 has rebooted and both the Power and Status light on the front are green, confirm the new FW has successfully updated the AD-810-100 on the dashboard of the web UI.
12. ***IMPORTANT*** If this is the first time upgrading FW on the device or you have not performed a factory reset since the initial update, go to the configure page and perform a factory reset.
