SHAKOPEE, Minn. — January 17, 2025 — 

Leading control and automation manufacturer RTI today announced that David Cesar has joined the company as Western Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to National Sales Director Eric Randt, Cesar will support residential and commercial integrators with RTI and Blustream solutions.

“We are excited to welcome David to the RTI sales team,” said Randt. “His extensive experience and relationships in the channel and his commitment to helping integrators exceed their clients’ expectations will be a great benefit to our customers. With our recent and upcoming product launches, David will be instrumental in introducing both RTI and Blustream to new partners.”

Cesar arrives at RTI with two decades of successful channel experience, most recently as Director of US Business Development at video processing innovator madVR Labs. Prior to that he demonstrated ten years of sales leadership in the western US and Canada at Savant. Earlier in his career, Cesar was Commercial Sales Manager at URC, preceded by a position as Director of Residential Sales at AMX.
